This weekend will again host the very popular, and looked-forward to, Academy Awards, better knows as the Oscar. Movieposteraddict has put up a great collection of all the posters of the Best Picture award winners of the past 79 years.

My favourite poster would be The Godfather. Simple in style, and very, very visual. Still works a quarter century later.mpathegodfatherposter

    You are right. The godfather still have a lasting impact especially its tagline on the poster.
